About
I am a licensed psychotherapist trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and the founder of Remedy Wellness. I specialize in treating trauma, grief, depression, communication breakdowns, chronic stress, and low self esteem. I help my clients strengthen communication skills, improve emotional health, learn effective coping mechanisms, develop self actualization, and increase personal empowerment. I am passionate about helping individuals become their optimal selves through a variety of interventions such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ancestral healing, and mindfulness. My approach is direct, effective, and treatment is typically short term. I take an integrative and relational approach to healing to understand who you are as a whole person.
