2. Be Reliable.
Your time matters, and so does everyone else's. Show up when you say you will. Communicate clearly. Respect bookings and avoid last-minute cancellations whenever possible.
3. Be Honest.
Share accurate information about your services, pricing, and availability. Trust is the heartbeat of this platform.
4. Be Thoughtful.
Well Fred is built for community. Use it in the spirit it was created — to connect, collaborate, and make life a little easier for everyone.
Guidelines in Detail
Well Fred is a peer-to-peer ecosystem where most interactions happen directly between users and providers.
We don't yet use an escrow or automated refund system. If something goes wrong — a late cancellation, a no-show, or a payment issue — please reach out to us directly. We'll look at each situation individually and do our best to help both sides find a fair solution.
We ask everyone to communicate early and clearly if plans change. Acting with integrity and understanding keeps our community strong.
We believe in positivity, but there are a few things we won't allow. The following actions can lead to immediate suspension or removal from the platform:
- Posting or sharing inappropriate, explicit, or offensive content
- Engaging in or promoting illegal or dangerous activities
- Using the platform to buy or sell illicit goods or services
- Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users
Well Fred may step in to mediate when needed, but we prefer not to. The best communities are those that take care of themselves through mutual respect and good sense.
Your privacy matters. Please avoid sharing personal or sensitive information publicly. Use the platform for communication whenever possible — it helps keep everyone safe.
