Your Wellfred account is your gateway to the community marketplace. You can update your profile information, preferences, and settings at any time.

To edit your account details, navigate to your profile page and click on the edit button. Make sure to save your changes before leaving the page.

Booking a service on Wellfred is simple and straightforward. Browse providers in your area, view their available time slots, and select a time that works for you.

  • Search for the service you need
  • Select a provider and view their profile
  • Choose an available time slot
  • Confirm your booking and receive confirmation

You will receive email and in-app notifications to remind you of your upcoming appointment.

Life happens, and we understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please be mindful of our cancellation policy to avoid fees.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. You can manage your bookings from your dashboard.

Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee to compensate the provider for their reserved time.
