In-Person Personal Training
Hello! Thank you for your interest in training at Jungle Biomechanics! My work is focused on improving biomechanics, posture, and movement quality using the Functional Patterns training system. Each session is structured around observing how your body currently moves, addressing imbalances, and progressively integrating more efficient movement patterns over time. What sessions look like Sessions follow a consistent flow: assessment, correction, and integration. Load, volume, and intensity are used intentionally to reinforce structure. Progress is based on observable changes in posture, coordination, and tissue response. Expectations This process requires consistency, attention, and a willingness to train differently than you may be used to. Results come from repeated exposure to correct patterns, not from occasional sessions or pushing through excessive discomfort/pain. I guide the process, but your consistency outside of sessions matters. Scheduling Sessions are scheduled in advance within designated training windows. Once a time is agreed upon, it is treated as a standing appointment to support consistency and accountability. Payments In-person training is sold in packages and paid upfront. Sessions have a defined expiration window that will be clearly communicated before purchase. Sessions cost $50/hour. Accepted payment methods include Bitcoin, cash, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, or card.
