With over 26 years of culinary experience, I offer elevated private chef and catering services rooted in clean, intentional cuisine. My cooking focuses on pure, nourishing ingredients, prepared without seed oils or refined white sugar, allowing natural flavors and vitality to shine. I specialize in culinary experiences for wellness retreats and conscious gatherings, including plant medicine ceremonies, where food is prepared with deep care, respect, and positive intention. Each meal is designed to support balance, nourishment, and integration while bringing beauty and creativity to the table. My culinary journey has taken me through Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, and the United States, including Philadelphia, where I had the privilege of working alongside Michelin-starred kitchens. For the past 14 years, Costa Rica has been my home, where I provide bespoke dining for retreats, private events, weddings, and intimate gatherings. Whether creating a multi-day retreat menu, a private celebration, or hands-on cooking classes, my mission is to craft vibrant, thoughtful cuisine that nourishes the body, elevates the experience, and leaves a lasting impression.
