How much does Wellfred cost?
There's no monthly subscription and no setup fee. We take a small percentage on each completed booking. The exact rate is shown in your dashboard before you confirm any booking, so you always know what you'll keep.
How long does verification take?
We typically review and publish new provider profiles within 1–2 business days. We check basic identity, the service description, and that the photos and credentials look right — nothing invasive.
What kinds of services can I offer?
Wellfred is built around wellness, surf and adventure, home services, and lifestyle/community work. If you offer something local that helps people live better day-to-day — yoga, massage, surf lessons, cleaning, gardening, pet care, classes — there's probably a category for it.
Can I list more than one service?
Yes. You can list multiple services under a single provider profile, each with its own description, pricing, duration, and availability. Many providers also run group classes or one-off special events alongside their core services.
Do I have to be in Costa Rica?
Wellfred is built for Costa Rica today — we cover all seven provinces and surface providers based on where they work, not just where they live. If you serve clients in Costa Rica, you can list, even if you travel between zones.
How do I get paid?
Customers book and pay through Wellfred. Earnings show up in your dashboard right after each booking is completed, and we transfer them to your linked account on a regular cadence. Bitcoin and traditional payment options are both supported.
