About
Ilia is a Certified Massage Therapist and Modern Cupping Therapist in the center of Ojochal Costa Rica, helping people get out of pain and providing a safe space to relax the body and mind. Ilia specializes in Modern Cupping, a physical therapy technique that uses silicone or plastic suction cups, to create negative pressure, decompress muscles, lift and move fascia, and increase blood flow, aiming to relieve pain and improve circulation for relaxation and recovery. A different form of deep tissue therapy. But it does not need to be incorporated in your session, she has other forms of modalities she uses to cater to your body’s specific needs.
