Today: 07:00 - 20:00My path to outdoor fitness comes from rugby, a sport I’ve dedicated a large part of my life to as both a player and a coach. I came up through the Czech National Youth Teams, from the U15 up to the U20 category. As a coach, I had the honor of working in women's rugby, where as an assistant coach, I helped develop both the national championship team and the development league players. I have also shared my experience with the youngest generation in the U10 category. From rugby, I bring what matters most: a sense of fair play, a strong team spirit, and the belief that training should be fun and keep you moving forward. My goal is to create a friendly environment where everyone can challenge themselves at their own pace and leave with a clear mind and a great feeling.
