Uvita Arts Center

Turn right after Casa Heliconia, East from BCR, 2 Km, Provincia de Puntarenas, Uvita, 60504, Costa Rica At Provider Office/Location

Uvita Arts Center is a small independent cultural space located in Uvita, on the South Pacific coast of Costa Rica. The project was created to support creativity, cultural exchange, and small community events in a beautiful natural setting close to the jungle and the ocean. The space hosts occasional art workshops, small gatherings, and creative activities that bring together locals, travelers, and artists. The goal is to create a welcoming environment where people can share ideas, learn from each other, and enjoy the cultural diversity that makes this region unique. Alongside the arts space, we also run a small homestead-style project that includes a tropical garden and a few goats. From the goats we produce small batches of fresh dairy products such as goat milk, yogurt, and ricotta. It’s a simple, hands-on project that connects us to the land and to more sustainable ways of living. We enjoy welcoming people from different parts of the world who are curious, open-minded, and interested in sharing experiences, skills, and ideas while contributing to the life of the project.
