Pura Villas is a small, family-run collection of exceptional private villas along Costa Rica’s Southern Pacific coast. We are intentionally boutique. We carefully choose not only the homes we represent, but also the homeowners we work with. For us, a beautiful property is only part of the equation. We look for owners who share our approach to hospitality and with whom we believe we can build a genuine, long-term relationship that works well for everyone. That selectiveness allows us to know each home personally, care for it properly, and give our guests a level of local attention that is difficult to scale. The result is a curated collection of distinctive homes, thoughtful hospitality, and relationships we hope last for many years.

Pura Villas brings together more than seven years of hands-on experience in luxury vacation rentals with licensed real estate expertise in Costa Rica. Our local roots run even deeper. Shannon was born and raised in Costa Rica on land her grandfather settled in 1969, making her family part of this coast for three generations. That combination of professional experience and genuine local knowledge shapes how we select homes, advise homeowners, and care for guests. We know the properties, the market, and the region firsthand, not simply from managing rentals, but from living here.
