Whether you're an individual seeking somatic awakening and deeper embodiment, or a couple ready to explore what's possible when two partners meet fully, I offer a grounded, safe, experiential container for transformation. I spend time between Costa Rica and Canada, in Uvita, San Isidro, Squamish and Nelson. I work both in-person and online.
