Swimming & Performance Coach with professional experience in swimming instruction, physical conditioning, open-water swimming, and competition preparation. I provide personalized coaching for beginners, intermediate and experienced swimmers, helping clients improve technique, endurance, strength, speed, and overall performance. My programs combine swimming and sport-specific strength & conditioning and are adapted to each client’s goals, experience, fitness level, and schedule. I offer both online coaching and private in-person sessions in Costa Rica, with services available for international clients as well.
