Record a package payment

A package you sell to a client waits as pending payment until you confirm that the money reached you. Its credits only count once it is active.

  1. Open Catalog and choose Packages.

    Go to Packages

  2. In Client packages, find the one marked Pending payment and click Confirm Payment.

  3. Choose the Payment Method — SINPE, cash or bank transfer — and add a Reference (optional), then confirm.

Tip: WellFred records that you were paid; it does not move the money. The payment itself happens between you and your client.
