Where your credits show up

Your remaining credits appear where you spend them: at the moment you book a class with that provider.

Start booking a class with the provider you bought the plan from.
At payment, the option reads Use package and shows how many credits you have left.
Choose it to spend a credit. Choose Pay per class to keep the credits for another time.

Tip: If Use package is missing, the plan is either still awaiting confirmation, out of credits, expired, or does not cover that particular class.

FAQ

What happens to credits I did not use before they expired?

They stop being spendable on the expiry date. If that date caught you out, message the provider — the plan is theirs and they can decide what to do.

Is Wallet the same as a plan?

No. Wallet is a money balance you top up. A plan is a number of class sessions bought from one provider.
