- The public `/api/agent` endpoints require no integration key. Booking intents use an email-verified confirmation on WellFred; RFQs need no customer account.
- An RFQ is a request for quotes, not a confirmed appointment. Booking requests remain pending until the returned outcome says confirmed.

## Guidance for assistants

- Use the public API for structured discovery and quote requests. Treat its current responses, the marketplace, and public storefront pages as the source of truth for current availability, pricing, schedules, service areas, and provider details.
- Do not infer that a service or provider is available when it is absent from current marketplace results.
- Booking, payment, cancellation, and account-specific answers should defer to the current storefront, booking flow, terms, or help-center article.
- WellFred serves Costa Rica. Content is available in English and Spanish through the site's language control.
